| Stephen Breen - Managing Director
Stephen has over 15 years senior management experience in setting up and operating businesses in Europe and The Pacific. Stephen set up FlexPacific in November 2007 in Papua New Guinea and holds responsibility for the overall management, performance and growth of the business, a Digicel Master Distributor. Stephen went on to launch operations in Vanuatu in July 2008, and in Fiji in October 2008. FlexPacific directly employs 60 people in three countries and has indirectly created hundreds more jobs in the distribution and reseller channels. Stephen has grown the FlexPacific from a one man start up to a multi-million dollar distribution business in less than two years. |

| Dinesh Shankar - Managing Director [FlexFiji]
Dinesh Shankar is Director of FlexPacific (Fiji) Ltd which distributes airtime, mobile phones and accessories for Digicel. The business operates in Vanuatu, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.He has held various senior management positions in Fiji in the past and does regular consultancy assignments in the Pacific region.Dinesh holds an MBA from the University Of Southern California (Los Angeles) and is a Fulbright Scholar. He currently serves on the boards of Pacific Equity Ltd, South Pacific Stock Exchange, Fiji Stockbroker Limited, Save the Children Fiji (where he is also the treasurer), Fiji Basketball Association and Western Dairy Limited. |

| Niall Downey - Country Manager [FlexPng]
Niall joined FlexFiji in September 2008 as Retail and Distribution Manager, shortly before launch in October, and was promoted to Vanuatu Country Manager five months later. He previously worked in retail as a Regional Manager for Elvery's in Ireland, and for the Aldi supermarket chain, overseeing shop launches and brand development. |

| Dharmendra Prasad - Regional Financial Controller
Dharmendra is responsible for overseeing financial operations in Vanuatu, PNG and Fiji. He brings to FlexPacific a solid background in Accounts, with over ten years of experience working for Pacific companies including Telecom Fiji Ltd and most recently Venture Capital Partners in Fiji, where he was a Business Analyst and Accountant. |

| Raj Subhag - Head of IT
Raj joined FlexFiji in September 2008 following a year working for the University of the South Pacific as Webmaster and Technical Support assistant. Raj recently graduated from USP in April 2009, with a Double Major in Information Systems and Banking and Finance. As well as overseeing in-house IT for FlexPacific, Raj is responsible for overseeing the rollout of electronic top-up across the region. He divides his time between Fiji, Vanuatu and PNG. |

| Ronald Pili - M-Commerce Manager
Ronald Pili is the M-Commerce Manager of FlexPacific Ltd which distributes airtime, mobile phones and accessories for Digicel. Prior to joining FlexPacific in February 2010, Ronald was a Product Manager at Globe Telecom. Previously, he also worked for eBusiness, the first Agent Partner of Western Union in Asia Pacific as Head of the Customer Service department. Ronald earned a bachelor's degree from University of Santo Tomas. |
